Home tab Permission

Hey for some reason I'm not able to see the Home tab nor access it. I have my bookmark set to it and when I click it, it says:

VoTuUS, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

Nothing that big of a deal just curious if it's the Elder Rank that doesn't have the permission set, maybe? When I log out I can see it, and access it no problem.
