ID Verification Failed Twice, Did Not Receive a Refund from Ownedcore

I ordered ID Verification on September 21st, which failed because Ownedcore's automated scanner couldn't read the text. I tried again using a second Paypal account and it failed again.

It's been over 3 weeks now and I have yet to receive a refund from Ownedcore for both of these cases. I've sent in several support tickets but none of them have gotten a response.

so in other words, YOU failed to do what you should in both cases... Hence why it didnt go through.. Either way, Ket is looking at ID verification and I will point him towards this thread

I look forward to hearing back from Ket. I'd like $7.00 refunded to one of my emails and the other $7.00 used for ID Verification.
