    small time bug and "Unapproved Visitor Messages"

    small time bug: after refreshing the page some times "All times are GMT -5." changed to "All times are GMT -4." and back to -5 after another refresh.
    I don't know if it's just visual sorry.

    Teryaki2 posted a visitor message on my profile and it has been unapproved for a week and still is.
    Evrytime I log in it says "Notifications: 1" but it's that "Unapproved Visitor Messages" that shows. Quite annoying D:
