Unable to Login with my Xelper account

A few days ago my password was not working for my Xelper account, I tried resetting the password however it told me that it didn't recognize my email address. I know this was the correct email, because about a month ago my password expired and I was forced to change it, I changed it to something random at the time, forgot what it was and had to do a password reset. I still have the emails in my inbox from those password resets, so I know I am trying to reset from the same email address.

I created this new account using the same email as before, if you need to check the emails for reference.

As you can see from: http://www.ownedcore.com/forums/memb...79-xelper.html I haven't been active in 5 days. You can also matchup the IP addresses, as I am posting from the same location as I always have and my IP hasn't changed in over a month. Can this please be fixed?

send me your reg email, the email it was changed to (ages ago) and your reg ip if possible, this can be done through private messages
