GeForce Experience no longer launches - Error Code 0x0003

I tried everything I can find on google... and I'm out of ideas, Any help be great...

I'm even up to doing the same thing again... computer info windows 10, fresh install, only done windows update and network driversit takes FOREVER ( like 20ms) to boot up experience, just to get the 0x0003 error hardware info.

Got 32gb of Ram, Cpu is a quard core ( isn't this trash, mid class at this point).

I had the exact same problem just yesterday. Suddenly stopped working. I had used shadowplay an hour before that. I tried some things but ended up completely uninstalling drivers antivirus and anything Nvidia related and reinstalled Navida services latest versions and that did the trick.
