Where to get digital prepaid credit cards without giving my info

Hello, I'm not sure if this is the correct place to ask this question, but if it isn't I hope some admin can move this thread. I want to "activate" or "confirm" a Paypal account to receive money as soon as It's created, I have read that the best way is to add a digital prepaid credit card, do anyone know where to get easy digital prepaid cards for cheap price? Someone suggested me to use digitalsolutions but that website isn't up anymore, thanks in advance.

My advice would be to get your account verified through your bank, or your own credit card to avoid any future issues with PayPal if you plan to receive multiple payments.
