Please help me to start the thud

I just got my brand new computer last night. pretty sure everything is good for a game. it is windows 10.
but when I try to open the turbohud after I run the D3 in windowed mode as administrator. nothing happend! its like no any reaction!
I have checked \logs folder for a file called "exceptions.txt". but there is no such file called "exceptions.txt"...
I used to use turbohud on my old laptop in same windows 10.
but now with this new desktop. could not even open it.
anyone knows why please help.
