Donor status - payed ut havent recieved any.

Heyo!

First off - sorry if it usually takes a while before donation status comes through, but i tried to search for info and couldnt find any so i thought id post.

Bought donor status about an hour ago but havent recieved any yet. The Trustap payment-service said in the payment confirmation email that "From there, it is advised that you liaise with the seller to complete the transaction and ensure you receive your product/service.", so im uncertain if i need to send my details somewhere.
