In my experiance a 560Ti (Gigabyte SOC 950Mhz) can play pretty much all games on highest settings with 30+ fps at 1080p

nVidia offers some advantages over AMD/ATI:
    -Cuda
    -3D Vision
    -PhysX

plus nvidia cards often run quieter and cooler than ATI/AMD, well worth the upgrade. The only reason i upgraded from it was that i wanted to use 3d vision surround.

Help me find a new GFX card.

I've decided to go with the 560Ti, but I have a hard time choosing which one to pick.

I've looked at this one: GIGABYTE GEFORCE GTX 560 TI OC 1GB PCI-E DVI/HDMI +BATMAN GAME - Gigabyte fortsætter sin succes med fabriks-overclockede modeller and this one Komplett.dk - MSI GeForce GTX 560Ti 1GB PhysX

Both of them should have good cooling.

That is not really a good argument.
It seems that the Gigabyte card by standard is better than the MSI card, but the amazing cooler on the MSI card makes it possible to overclock it even more.

I think I'll go for the MSI card, then overclock it with the afterburner utility.

I'd go with the MSI card too. The twin forzor cooling is really awesome, my friend have one and it have load temps as low as 60c and barly any notable noice.

Here's a good review of the card with Benchmarks, temperature testing and overclocking. MSI N560GTX-Ti Twin FROZR II Review - Overclockers Club

The gigabyte card pre-overclock will be covered under warantee. EVGA are the only company to provide warantee to overclockers.
