#2 Xbox 360 is better for controllers. Xbox 360 can use Keyboard and Mice as well as complex macros and use ps3 controllers on the xbox 360 with adapters.
#3. Xbox 360 controller can be hacked to have motion sensitivity.
#4 . Your 30% failure is bullshit. YOu really think they would sell the way they would? They would do tons of recalls. The first consoles use to suck but after the summer or something in 2007 they started using the better heastsink.
#5. Xbox live makes xbox 360 tons more superior then ps3
#6. Xbox 360 controllers are tons better with shape and button placement
#7. Your bullshit "time theory" YOu cannot compare amount of games made over a timeline of 2 years probably not evne 1 year. Of course they can make games easier now they didnt have the same stuff that long ago.. Lets see ... photoshop could you do the same things as easy as you could 3 versions ago? No... Xbox 360 is way better IMO, I actually have had my XBox 360 since it hit stores a few years back. I may be lucky but I don't really care, because Halo 3 destroys any game in its path.
