For me personally it would have to be one of the Counter Strike games. Probably CSGO because I'm not as good at it yet so I'd get to practise quite a bit.

GTA:V for sure or Skyrim. Or any game that allows TRUE free roam.\

Edit: True free roam = A game that allows you to roam without having to do like 25-35 quests just to UNLOCK free roam. A handful of quests? Ok sure but not when they kinda FORCE you to. Granted Skyrim does this in the beginning to some extent but then you can literally just go hunt dragons and do random shit.
