My view on the Leecher group.

Instead of putting down the leechers that are trying, how about you help them out. They are trying to help out this community and I see people dissing them.
Why diss someone because of their rank? Everyone starts out with this rank so it's just not fair to diss them. It's like judging a product before opening it. Like judging a book by its cover. We need to stop this.

We need to draw a line on what's right and not right if we want to succeed as a community. It will help the community overall if we push are lower members to be active.

We're only as strong as our weakest link, remember that.

Some other thoughts.

-Talking about how leechers "suck" is not helping them get out of the leecher group, it will only put them down. Then they have a choice of taking it in a good way or in a bad way.

Please do not flame, just tell me what you think about this subject.

Thank you for this. I for once would like to help but with what? Even after 2+ years of WoW I don't know any bugs. And I don't like to post a lot. I like to read others ideas. Most of the time I don't even test them. And atm I don't even have a gamecard..

Agree with what has been said, instead of putting them down for trying, I believe people should try to help them out and explain what (if) they're doing wrong and suggest what they can do instead, to contribute to the forums.

Also, from what I understand leechers with 1 rep aren't that useless, I mean they do visit the site and contribute to advertising money, something that does indeed support the site. I believe not many see this, but it shouldn't be forgotten.

So, help the leechers out, let them know how the forum works and tip them off on how to contribute themselves, because many are indeed trying, with or without success, but they are trying.

I just don't get why we bring people down who don't have things to contribute. If they had things to contribute, they would. If they don't have things to contribute, maybe you should help them contribute?
