please dont ask for +rep. This is pretty nice, but alas, you can do the exact same thing with a simple windows script. Open up notepad, enter this.

@echo off
shutdown -s -c "put a message here"
end

Then Save as> all files and then name it something like like killah.BAT
There are many .bat to .exe converters out there, so just run it through, apply a custom icon, rename it, and wala. Thanks for the share, though. Its cool to have it within a small program
