    This actualy caught my interrest. i feel alot like you when you were a kid (im 14 now) Im not an outsider, but im shy. ive been thinking about training and stuff but never really done it. I have an average body, no sixpack'n stuff like that.
    How would you suggest starting out?

    wow I'm 15 and I've always been the nerd genius everywhere I started workin out with my uncle when I was 13 a former golden glove winner and my life was turned around

    this entire guide is true the better you look the better you feel and the more the ladies want you

    It was exactly the same thing at me.


    The first thing you gotta do is just walk to the next fitness-center and tell them you want to join. They will give you some piece of paper that you and your parents have to sign.

    When you signed it, go back to them and ask if a trainer could show you how to do the exercises (but normally they will know that you're new and give you a plan).

    Just do what they tell you for the first 2 weeks (min. 2 times training per week). After that you can decide what you want to train:

    - Mass: Much weight, little repeats (Choose a weight with which you can do exactly 8 repeats. Not more not less.
    - Endurance: Little weight, many repeats (Choose a weight with which you can to exactly 15 repeats)

    Of course the amount of repeats is different at some muscles, but this is meant general. When you're better, you can look this stuff up in the internet.

    The thing I !STRONGLY! suggest is to concentrate on endurance first, because pumping high weights with 14 (like I did) can ruin your body very quickly (wasn't far away from that).

    Of course you can decrease the number of repeats and increase the weight slowly, but don't overdo it. If some guy at your age at lifts more than you: Don't give a ****! Seriously! You won't want to destroy body with just 14! I know a trainer who has done that and he would give anything do get his backbone healed.



    With the time (after 2-3 months) you can start drinking protein-drinks. And buy them from big brands like "Allstars" or "IBM", not some crap from your supermarket. And don't overdo it, like I said. You would get MANY! pimples all over your body and that's the last thing you want.

    Later you could start taking creatine or so. But don't use hard stuff like ephedra.


    And remember: KEEP DISCIPLINED! You won't become anything in your life if you don't.
