Hey guys I have a MAJOR problem with my computer, whenever i restart my computer EVERYTHING i did before the restart gets delete =0, i tried a pc restor but theres not points i can send it back to =(, someone please help me!

u comp has some major viruses i suggest u maybe take it to a shop that can sort it that probz be your best bet

I found a virus which was downloading stuff onto my computer with out me even knowing but i can delete it cause it probably cause the loop which will be ever ending. =/

Format you computer and reinstall your windows, remember to back up important stuff on an USB drive or something like that first!

Download any good free or not free Antivirus software, start windows in security mode (Press f8 during boot up) and then scan and clean... works often.

Your best bet is to format the computer, meaning erase everything including your operating system [Windows] , go to work or buy a new version of windows and your pc is brand new Or bring it to a shop.
