Can you get banned for using model editing? Is it just you that can see the changes or is it all the Wow players..... thanks

yes you can... actually blizzard can ban you for browsing this page if they feel like it... it states in the EULA that they can ban you for anything they feel like...

But it's not likely, unless you alter environment. (Which is undetectable, basicly only tracable if you are reported by another player)
