Mozilla Firefox : Downloader

Hi,
When I download files with mozilla, the mozilla downloading window doesn't show at all. I can't see how much % has been downloaded of a file but is downloaded anyhow. I tried to reinstall Firefox but it doesn't solve the problem.
Does anyone know how I can get my Mozilla Downloading window to show up?

Hope there is an easy solution and for some fast answers..

Right-click with your mouse at your Mozilla Firefox toolbar (there where the adress is being displayed) and select Adjust (It's anpassen on german, idk for english, but it's the last option).

Now find the download icon and drag&drop it somewhere at the toolbar.

When you dl something, just click it and the window will open!
