Deleting Patches?

How do i delete the new 2.3.0 patch cuz when i try and play my private servers it doesnt allow it... how do i delete it without ****ing up WoW??

just uninstall WoW and reinstall it and patch until 2.1 and then stop patching

er..Delete a MPQ in your Data folder, Then hit repair, It'll tell you it'll restall to an earlier patch. And..todah?
