Sued for WoW Phishing Site?

Think that Blizzard, or anyone else, would sue one of these sites?

I'm asking this question for a friend, I don't think its too likely, but I'd like to see others thoughts and why or why not.

He's worried because he used his paypal to pay for the hosting of it and the domain.

The site was a "Wrath of The Lich King Beta" site where the visitor would imput their WoW Account Info

It'll be easy as pie to track em if his domain is registerred to his real address with his phone number..

Whois lookup and Domain name search him and see if its there.

I think it's possible if Blizz decided to try and catch some of these scammers that they can put legal pressure on you, but I don't think they would jump right to taking you to court. They are more likely to send you a legal letter asking you to stop first.

Also the chances of them picking on you would be pretty small I would think.

They did nothing illegal, you practically ended your account by sharing your account infomation which is forbidden by the EULA.
