My pimped Windows XP Desktop + How to do it!

Hey there everyone, Just thought i'd share my 'Pimped Windows XP Desktop' with you, I have transformed it into a macintosh style with no costs. The only slight problem is the bottom bar with Start etc on. I can hide this but then I will not be able to see what programs are running/minimised etc. You can buy a program which adds a macintosh like bar at the top but I wasn't willing to spend money on this. Here goes;

Haha, sure, But unfortunaly, I havent got much time these days.. Alot of homework etc !
