This simply means that after to long, you haven't gotten your post count high enough, and it is requested that you start contributing.

It could also be, if you already had posts, that threads you posted in were deleted, which is more than likely if you were usually in the Emulator Section like myself.

Just start posting. Zero posters flood our site which kills the bandwidth, so if they aren't going to contribute - BAM. Banstick. So just start posting and contributing and you'll be fine.

It's just a way to get rid of the people SEVERLY lurking and just going "Oh, that's neat, i'll go try that" without ever actually posting their ideas or viewpoints on things, or just posting.

You shouldn't join a forum if you're not going to actually help out on the forum, essentially.
