So my school pc is locked to any installs, but I can still download anything.
What's the easiest way to install skype and games?

In my old schools computer there was a Little card (looked like a RAM) on the Motherboard that had done all the protection stuff. If you're Lucky and get the time to look inside the PC, you can remove the card and be happy ^^ if not then try to find out the protection Programs Name and Google may help you out :P

Install and play on USB stick?

Install the game/skype in a map outside your computer at home. And just download the whole map that got the installed software/games on it. And you can open it on the school computer.
Remember doing this at internet cafe's with keyloggers.

its probably something on gpedit... cant guide you further since I'm on a mac atm...

you can try create a new user on terminal also..
