HTML code for accounts?

Hey, im helping a friend of mine with a website, his goal is to host minecraft servers and counter-strike source servers, mainly focused on Danish and EU support.

Tho, Ive created the website, but im having trouble making a HTML code for accounts, account creation, management and so on.

I would be very pleased if someone could help me out, im pretty noob to this, but I managed to create a sweet design already.
If someone could make one, I would be able to pay a couple of bucks for it via paypal.

On the HTML side, you will need to use this HTML Forms and Input
Use a submit button that submits to a PHP page that you create (you can use others if you want)

In order to get the variables sent through the submit, use one of these two
PHP $_GET Variable
PHP $_POST Variable

Get will be shown in the URL, Post will not. If submitting account info, I would use post.

Then, you will need to open a connection with the database, then send a query to it.

If you don't know mysql, I would suggest reading up a bit.

If you google 'account registration php' you will find a snippet for it. The trick is to understand how it works, create a database for it and adjust code to connect.
