How do you make your income?

Do you work a regular in world job?
Own a few websites? If yes, what?
Do something strange for some change?

Haha I am asking because I am moving across the country and want to earn some money to save up for college so I am not in debt forever to pay it off.
I'm not a hot female, nor do I have money to start a large business. I have dedication and commitment to a project, if only I had the imagination to start one that works.

You are more likely to make more money with a unskilled job than selling virtual gold. Most people who sell these things do not make much money and the risks are high (such as banned accounts).

If you want a steady income it's best to get a real job and if you wish, do things on the side online. I worked within IT security and could easily do other things in spare time if I wished.

I work as customer support at one if the biggest telecommunications operator in my country which brings an alright pay.

I also browse several auction websites that sells stuff from companys that sadly gone bankruptcy or people who couldn't pay their debt and got their stuff taken. Sometimes you can do some really nice bargains which I can resell for a small profit.

In my country we also have rooms which we throw our trash called garbage rooms. These are rather large rooms with containers for specific trash like glass, corrugated paper etc, etc and I always take 10 minutes to browse thru the electronics container for stuff I can sell.

I also share an apartment with 2 other people to save money.


You say that you have dedication and commitment for a project. Take some time and sit down with a pen and piece of paper and write down everything that you are good at. Then see what you can do from there.
