Become a Donator

Hello community,

i tried to become a domator here a couple of times now using paypal.
my paypal accout is a true account with linked bank account, and linked cc. balance on that account is a little more than 20$.
i tried to do the 15$ donation to becoe a elite member, but everytime i used the link in the top (Donate For Elite Access......), log in my paypal account i get this error msg:
This payment cannot be completed and your account has not been charged. Please contact your merchant for more information.
how can i get elite access?

waited 4 days, support isn't answering by email, or pm... strange donation behavior
