    Does a vcc work on paypal

    Hey guys i tried setting up a netspend vcc on my paypal and i entered the banking account infomation but after 2-3 days on paypal it says this bank cannot be excepted can i go to wallgreens and buy a vinilla credit card by master card or visa and set it up as a crefit card/bank account? i dont want to add my real bank account on their Website
