The story sounds very close to what im looking for, but after looking at a few screenshots / videos / etc im confident this isnt the movie im looking for.

@dblauca: I am pretty sure its not anime. Like 80% sure. But i was a little kid, and i was sick - so i can be wrong

@Brightchild: Not totally sure, it was quite a while ago, and, as i mentioned, i was sick, so my memory is a bit blurry. If i was to put a timeframe, i would say it was within this frame (the sickness and me watching, not the release date) : 1994-1997 ish.

(CBBC, Late 90s; 3 series)
An interesting show about two boys (one who is an annoying bossy-boots) who discover a red, oddly-shaped space ship that they can ride in, which can become invisible, amongst other things, by pressing particular buttons. Together they use this great find to their advantages, including stopping time to amend and change situations. They often seeked help from a barmy old woman who lived next door and the 'Indian spirit'. This programme had a distinct beginning voice to introduce the theme tune.

How/How 2
(CITV, 1990s-00s)

"How do you/does/can..." How - and later How 2 - was a show consisting of three presenters (two male; one female) who sat at a table and would happily tell you - and show you - How something was done, or why something was created, and just general sciencey-related questions that you might have often wondered; always starting with 'How'. At the beginning of the show they would always raise their hands in a sort of stereotypical Native American greeting and exclaim "How"; this was also done at the end of the show. Presenters included: Fred Dineage (whom was in virtually all the series), Gareth Jones (again, almost all), Carol Vorderman (that intelligent chick) and Gail Porter (pre-no hair days). *Fun Fact* This show actually appeared way back in 1966 - 1981 with a similar formula, was dropped, and then picked up again in 1990 when it gained the '2' to its name.
