How to give rep

Hi, I recently started using OC for trades and I was wondering how I could rep someone.

I went into the faqs and found this Setting and Profile Features

How do I give reputation?

To give reputation, click on the reputation icon in the relevant post. This will reveal a form to complete with the reputation type and the reason for giving the reputation. If negative reputation is disabled then it will not be displayed in this form. You may not give reputation for the same post twice

but clicking on the rep icon doesnt do anything for me. A lil bit of help would be greatly appreciated! Ty

I think at the moment you can only give feedback to threads that are premium as the normal threads got rep disabled. But think the mods are making a new change soon for the trade section.

I have only used this trade feedback once, and when I tried to give a positive feedback it would not let me, it would just show a negative option, so I did not give any feedback since it did not have the positive option.

So Does this include not being able to give normal users trade feedback? Really confused how you give or get trade feedback?
