Looking for assistance

[Not sure if this was the right place to post this but I'm going to give it a try.]

As you can see from the thread title I'm am looking for assistance in building and designing an RP specific Multi-player online game and so far I'm the only one working on it for the usage of up to 3 or more people at the current time. I am going to be having all the people that would like to help possibly set up with either GM or Administrator accounts for testing purposes. Offtopic is the slowest because people usually come here to look for MMowned related things, and this technically isn't. But theres always help. Just have to wait longer.

What exactly do you mean? Do you mean like an entirely new game?

I'd like to get in on that, I love the roleplaying aspect and I am good at level design if I'm provided the software.
