looking for a new video card

Hey guys, heres my pc specs:

Intel D820 - 2.8
1500MB DDR2 RAM (1x1GB 1x512MB)
My mobo: GA-G31M-ES2L (rev. 2.3) - GIGABYTE

(i know, its pretty old, but im going to play cod4/wow only, and photoshop stuff)

I need a new video card, something to play COD4, i had a 7600GT AGP, with my old mobo, same processor and ram, cod4 was running with 45FPS and wow 60, do you guys have any idea about a good and cheap PCI-E vga?
