Sound editing software (for songs..)

Well me and my friend just composed a song, and i need some great program that will help me add background music, edit our voices in unthinkable ways and all that stuff. +Rep to my favorite one also i'm looking for free.. but ill crack it i guess if its not.

Well, if you want to pirate, or buy one, fruity loops is nice.

Try Cubase or Pro Logic (If you got a Mac, else try VMWare maybe or use older versions of it, which are working for Windows.)

These may be difficult at the beginning, but as soon as you master them, they are way better than other programs.

Also, check some tutorials for these progams on youtube :x These explain pretty much all the basics you need to know
