New motherboard / memory problem

Hey,

First of all my apologies for posting it here but I couldn't find the computer-help thread anywhere. I guess it's deleted or something.

So here it goes. I would like Windows 7 and run newer games smoother and for that I think I need to upgrade my memory to 4GB (it's 2GB now). What I have now is :

2x 1 GB DDR2-667 DDR2 SDRAM (5-5-5-15 @ 333 MHz) (4-4-4-12 @ 266 MHz) (3-3-3-9 @ 200 MHz).

And I was looking to get this one:

OCZ 4 GB DDR2-1066 Kit (ALTERNATE - HARDWARE - Geheugen - DDR2 - DDR2-1066 - OCZ 4 GB DDR2-1066 Kit)

But now I get mixed messages from my motherboard whether I can put it in or not. At the information website it says this:

- 1333(oc**)/1066/800/533 MHz (FSB)
- DDR2 667 / 533 / 400 x2 DIMMs, Max. 4GB

So can I run up to 1066 or even 1333 MHz or can it not go higher than 667?
I also heard that 667 is very low so maybe I need to upgrade my motherboard too then? I don't have any knowledge of motherboards or memory speed etc. Also if I need to upgrade the motherboard would you know a good one that isn't too pricy? I want to spend between €150 and €200 on the motherboard+memory which is about $265 i think.

667 is abit low, id say go out and check out GA-Ma790x-UD4P good motherboard, you can oc too about 1333 i cant rember but overclocking on the motherboard isnt to hard. plus its got 2 SLI, Cross fire. it runs for about maybe $89-$100 seems like a good board too me, but tell me what kinda of cpu you are using AMD or Intel. i could prob help you out easly
