So cut to the chase firefox is using ALOT of memory like ~800k and when im watching a vid or something it lags like the vid itself stops but the sound continues etc

any ideas?

Use chrome.

Try to re-install flash.

reformat j00 been infected maybe.

Check your addons, mine was doing that too, then I disabled some of the ones I didn't really need, and just kept with adblock.

Seems to be working ty
