Should i be scared?

Im very worryed right now, Because i have a Skin Problem, It all started last summer, when i got very bad sun burn, And about after 4 weeks, i got lots of freekls on it, And then some days letar, I got big dry things on my mouth and chin, like big sclps, I went to the Docs and he has no Idea what is doing it, He has looked at my neck, and said im at no risk to get cancer, But this was last year, But after everything was ok, I still got dry skin over my face, And sometimes the cream would work and some times not,

But then i noticed 5 weeks ago its in my belly buttion, And is just the same as my face only more itchy,


is this a sigh that i have cancer? Are is it a skin problem,

i would just go to the doctors again and tell him that its in my bellybutton but more itchy and i dont know if its a sign of cancer or not thats my opinion
