Unable to update drivers, help please!

Ok, im unable to update my ATI video card even I think I do the right thing!
heres general info about the video card from Computer wizard:

Ok hope thats enough info, now to the problem, when im going to update the driver I got to http://ati.amd.com/support/driver.html
I go this path: Windows XP Media Center Edition----->Radeon---->RadeonX1300 series.

I then download the display driver (http://ati.amd.com/support/drivers/mce/radeonx-mce.html)
However when I install it it STILL says: "Setup did not find a driver compatible with your current hardware or operating system. Setup will now exit."

Another things, I heard it may be because of im using a LAPTOP?
I also found this page: http://www.driverheaven.net/modtool/
Would that fix it? Any help that help me out will be +repped
