Where to send email address for spamming?

I have an issue with extremely annoying eBayer (who fortunately didn't hide his email address) and I would like to get him to GTFO.

He's already on my blocked list but the list only prevents unwanted buyer from getting to my auction, not prevent them from bugging me in My eBay message. He's already well past the annoyance level of fingernail on chalk board while having flies buzz around your head on a hot summer day.

Where do I send his email address ([email protected]) to get him on a bazillion spam mailing list? If he's a typical noob, he has only 1 email address for eBay, various forums, mailing lists, families and friends, etc and changing the email address and updating all to avoid getting spams would be a much bigger headache for him than trying to get me to break eBay rule and sell him my widget directly.
