Speed up your Pc

Hello,
ok first off all dont waste money on programms which say "speed up your computer by 100%" and such a shit ...
the only things you should do is:
- dont install to much shit
- install ccleaner
- get hdiskdefrag

But lets come to the real tweak. We will swap the Tmp and Teamp file to a ramdisk. This will speedup the pc and internet by far because ram is much faster then hard disk.

If you have to much ram this tweak is perfect. If you have only 2 gb its still useable but i wouldnt recommend.

1. Download "Gavotte ramdisk" from here

2. Unpack it and open "ramdisk.exe"

1. This will install the ramdisk
2. Select the size of the disk (this will be taken from your ram)
3. Select an unused random letter ...
4. "Fixed Disk" will make the disk last until you remove it.

Here you can see your ramdisk.

5. Rightclick on "workstation" and select "Properties"

1. Click on "New"
2. Fill in "Temp"
3. Fill in the path to your ramdisk (eg Z:\Temp)

3. Fill in the path to your ramdisk (eg Z:\Temp)

10. Click on "Ok" and enjoy a bit more speed
