Buying a Laptop (DS ily)

Hey guys n fgts,

Basically I get paid soon from work and I want to get a laptop and im a fgt when it comes to laptops so I need some help from u pros.

Short list of what ill be doing:

Internet
MSN
Using microsoft office (includes outlook)
Wow (usning like mid graphics or if on low have like 30 fps imo)
Visual studio 2008 or 2010
Silly programs that can run on windows 2000

I have aaround £400 could possibly go up to £480 but ill stick with £400. Im in the UK so prefer an idea to a laptop I can get here rather from like the US. Sites like ebuyer are good

Im asking for a potential link to a good or one to get that meets my requirements or at least what sort of spec I would need that would fit into my budget.

I got Hewlett Packard G62-A17EA 15.6" 2GB/250GB Notebook - Laptops & netbooks - Computing - Technology - Sainsbury’s in the end. it cost me £0.86

This is close to what my work buys for all of us devs....compaq or HP branded, but if possible they somehow find the 19" screens...it would be at or just over your maximum Compaq Presario CQ71-403SA Notebook PC: Amazon.co.uk: Electronics & Photo
