    Screw Unity, you can get the UT3 engine for free as well now, minus the source code.

    They also offer a royalty license where you pay $99 upfront and then 25% for "UDK related revenue" after the first $5k. That's actually pretty neat for such a powerful engine

    It is a fun engine to play with, had it the second it came out, still crashes sometimes but to be expected in beta.
