all i know is..paypal is the real scammer...i have balance there,my uncle sent it to me and choses paypal coz its cheap to wire money, but i did and follow all the instructions correct, but it wont let me withdraw the money..cant even transfer the money from paypal to my bank account..it keeps saying that i need the 4-digit code from paypal,but they dont give me any 4-digit number..plus they do have instructions there to help you, the thing is, they gave a wrong intructions...for sample, when you putting your account number, they tell you to not put space or dashes on it, but when you saw the sample at the bottom, there is spaces and dashes..whew..realy sucks..paypal realy sucks..wasted my time,spent all day trying to get the money or transfer the money, but nothing happen..whew!!!
