No, I mean that once you hit 200 posts, you give out +2 rep, and at 300 posts you give out +3 rep, etc. I have almost 900 posts, so I give out 6 rep points when I rep someone

you shouldve seen it before the great nerfing of the rep. Me and idusy would rep someone, and they would almost be contributers. we gave out like, 14 rep back then.

It's because people with less then 5 post's rep doesnt count.

And when they "try to give the rep back" it doesn't work, suprise suprise.

but either way wut Kelat said and Xepher said they are both right the guy who wrote in yellow text was just like so wrong.....
and actually when u post guides make sure its gonna be useful to idk...maybe to the more active members of the community like Me Enfeeblness Xepher Piggy Sacrifice Matt and usually people dont rep you they may say +rep but...they say that and then just leech it off you

my rep power was 2 along time ago when i was at like 70 posts and 35 rep so i don't think its 200 posts=2 rep

I think it's because you have to be registered for at least 7 days to become and active member.
