Spike Taper Earing Questions

Hey, So im working on getting something called a Spike Taper earing, But it seems I need to guage my ears to get these little things in.

And I dont really want to go trew the whole thing with stretching my ears, Is there a type or fake one where I can just get something like that picture in the URL, Put just put it trew the hole of a normal ear pierce?
