Ventrilo Help please

Last night i was trying to turn my outbound up and by doing so it made my vent so quite that i cannot hear anything even switching channels, ive tried to change everything back and it still does it, i tried to uninstall and reinstall, as well as do a system restore.. nothing has worked, does anyone know how to fix this?

Go into settings and raise up your inbound volume.
