Also, why would you wait until you get 1k with neobux to cash out? Are you retarded? Even the top users don't cash out that much at the same time, usually 50 per time. I'm sure you just edited the paypal page with javascript and changed you 1$ into 1000...

You can specify the PayPal email in "Settings" -> "Personal" if you didn't register with it. To redeem your money just click "Your Payment" in "Account Summary" if you got more than $2.
You don't need to be verified and jackpots are currently disabled.
