    The MMOwned Recipes

    Do you have any recipe you want to share ?

    Are you tired of all the food you normally eating ?

    or do you just want to try something new ?!

    In this thread you can share your favorite recipe with all MMOwned members and even find any new and interesting Recipe!

    Things you should include in the recipe !
    All ingredients should be included.
    How you put it all together. (maybe not needed for some of the recipes)
    How long it should be cooked.

    If there is many recipes maybe we put it all together to 'The Nerds Cookbook' !!!

    Some of you maybe seen this thread before (me posted wrong section so its right now)

    Pasta i think all know how to cook so no explaining there.

    But the other thing tastes yummy and here comes recipe for it.
    1 put some butter/oil or what you use in a frying pan and put it on the stove.
    2 when the frying pan is warm and butter smelted put about 300 gram bacon squares/cubes in the frying pan. let it be there and make sure it dont get burnt.
    3 when they look nice get rid of the butter/oil and the other wet things in the frying pan.
    4 when you done that you put some Créme Fraiche into the frying pan. (normally i use 1 normal Créme Fraiche and 1.5 with Chili taste)
    5 let it be there for some minutes and make sure it dont get burnt.
    Now Eat and Enjoy!

    Oh and i dont know if Creme Fraiche exists everywhere or if its even called Creme Fraiche where you guys live.

    and sorry my english isnt super good but i hope you understand
    oh and creds to Mum for this !

    ~~~Chocolate Caramel Slice Recipe~~~
    Code:
    Base
    112g (1/2 cup, firmly packed) brown sugar
    56g (2/3 cup) desiccated coconut
    100g (2/3 cup) self-raising flour
    85g butter, melted
    Code:
    Caramel Filling
    30g butter
    40ml (2 tablespoons) golden syrup
    395g (1 can) sweetened condensed milk
    Code:
    Topping
    150g milk or dark chocolate, melted (we use Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate)
    The Base.
    Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius (160 degrees Celsius fan-forced).
    Grease a 20cm square cake pan and line the base and sides of the pan with baking paper.
    Stir brown sugar, coconut, and flour together in a large bowl until well combined. Add butter and mix until well combined. Firmly press mixture into prepared pan using the back of a spoon.
    Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned and slightly risen.
    Set base aside to cool for about 10-20 minutes (while making caramel). Leave oven on.
    Now the caramel.
    Place butter and golden syrup in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally. When butter has melted, add condensed milk. Stir constantly over medium heat for about 9-12 minutes, until caramel thickens.
    Gently spread caramel evenly over base. Return to oven for a further 10-12 minutes (a 1/2cm border of lightly browned caramel should form around the edges of the slice).
    Chocolate!!!!!!
    Just melt the chocolate in a pan or microwave or something then carefully spread the chocolate ontop of the caramel.
    now to cut it just dip a knife into hot water and slice away!
    End result
