Perfect system specs ( including os ) for playing wow? In your opinions.

So it's coming to the end of my exams and i have around £1000 to spend on a computer + new keyboard. minus the keyboard i have around £930 to spend.
That's around $1420 according to Yahoo currency converter.

Anyway, i want to know what the perfect system requirements are for WoW.
I've found sites that say the recommended requirements bla de blah tbh..
I wanna know what the guys on here have that claim to play wow perfectly and wether i need to work another month or not to get those specs. I'm talking about from casually sitting in a starting area to pawning some raid bosses. Also fling in the Dalaran fps for meh <3.

All feedback is good feedback, minus the information that i'm selling my body on corners all across Scotland.. That wasn't meant to be typed but anyway.
