    Never ever go with BT

if there is anyone here who lives in the uk and is thinking about changing broadband supplier. NEVER EVER GO WITH BT BROADBAND. for the first year or so it will be great but after a while...your speeds become ridiculously slow. Your internet is constantly switching on and off and in phone calls all you get is. Your router is faulty. And you gotta speak to this guys in india who sound like they learnt english from a back of a cereal box.

**** BT do not even think about going with them and if you are with them atm. CHANGE PROVIDER!!!

    Never ever go with BT

Couldn't agree more, Sky is a lot better. Only had one problem where we were getting 4.6 meg broadband but the fixed it in under 5 minutes. Whenever you get through to an indian person you just put the phone down and call up again, usually theones in india will try to sell you other things. If you put the phone down and keep trying you'll get hrough to a scottish person eventually.

had BT for many years never had a problem and phone support had always been good.
So come, pull a sheet over my eyes. So I can sleep tonight - despite what I've seen today.

Anyone living in United States (west coast to be more specific), Road Runner has yet to fail (never experience lag online). Let me post a speed test, one sec...

This is while downloading a torrent. Very good pricing too.
