I got this off of this website.
I've tested this in FireFox 3, works like a charm.

So what does this do?
-It downloads ANY YouTube video in .MP4 format

How do I get it?
-Just bookmark this link.

-Hint, if you use FireFox, just drag that link to your bookmarks bar.

So the video comes in high quality MP4 format, fully working.
