Will model editing go

Do u think that model editing will stop one day forever like if blizz updates the whole entire game or will the people where made the editor find a way past it so that we can model edit?

im sure we'll always have a way to edit.Especialy with all the different ways to do it.

No one knows really. If they keep the models on the client, then you will (atleast, I think) be able to edit the running memory (which is what that patch-thing does) to switch the models quick. But then, that could be fixed too I guess. if they put enough effort into it, then yes it can be patched. If they only half-ass it then you will probably be able to get around it.

yea just like we did with modeledit.exe im sure we would find a way around it like relz said.

Unless they move models server side (Which would make connecting to the server an incredibly long wait, along with a lot of other issues), there is almost guaranteed to be a way to model change. I can't think of anything they could possibly do otherwise that would stop us.

you can't move models server side, thats one of the most stupid things i ever heard it would kill their servers and so on...

but even if they do move them server side, u can still edit your memory they can't move ur memory server side
