Yes, that's just the type of memory that your Internal Graphics Controller has.

Just to let you know that is NOT a good upgrade. If you want some help picking out the perfect video card you should make a thread specifically for that; me and others can help you pick one.

GDDR is basically the memory that's in the video card. DDR is the memory in your computer. DDR2 is faster than DDR, DDR3 is faster (in terms of clock speed) than DDR2. The same goes with GDDR.

GDDR and DDR are completely separate. The G in GDDR stands for "graphics," meaning it's only for graphics (video) cards. Your computer can have DDR2 and your video card can have GDDR5; one doesn't have any relation to the other.

You shouldn't just look at the GDDR version or the amount of memory a video card has, though. There are a loooot of other things that make a video card good, like the GPU (the video card's processor) clock speed, the number of shaders, the memory clock speed, and looots of other things.

Well I only have like 125$, and I'm buying this graphics card for L4D, so I needed a directX 10 Card and the card looked decent to me, if you want to help me find something I'd be very greatful, but I don't have a lot to spend and my computer only has PCI slots so I need a PCI card and there isn't many good ones for PCI out there so yeahh ;D.

If your computer doesn't have an AGP or a PCI-E slot

your video card should be the last thing you should be worried about

It doesn't, I'm getting a new one when I move in about 8 months, I'm upgrading the RAM and Video card now, just so it holds out for those last 8 months. :P

It's not worth it. Your processor will probably bottleneck you anyhow as will your ram speed with that type of PC.

Looks like thats an integrated chip.
You can't replace those, you have to disable them from bios so the vic card will work.
also, don't both buying a new card if yuo are getting a new comp soon. the entire radeon 2k series was a failure.
Look at your post, now back to mine; Now back to your post, now back to mine. Sadly, it isn't mine, but if you stopped trolling and started posting legitimate content, it could look like mine. Look down, backup, where are you? You're scrolling through threads, reading the post your post could look like. What did you post? Back at mine; It's a reply saying something you want to hear. Look again and the reply is now diamonds.
